Yet more revisions to the planning application

The development would have no affordable housing

Posted - Nov 08, 2021

Cornerstone Land which is developing the canalside site, has now revised the planning application so as to exclude any provision of affordable housing. As a result it no longer plans to incorporate conversion of the existing community centre into the overall development.

The developer has justified this radical change by presenting revised costings for the viability of the whole development. The Jericho Wharf Trust is currently analysing these costings and will make a statement shortly.
