It is hoped that you now have a greater understanding of the aims of the scheme, why it has developed in this way and how it aims to improve upon the previously approved application.

The development, in all its component forms is to designed to integrate fully with the urban grain of the surroundings, using similar building fabrics and typologies.

Enhancement of the canal is paramount and the scheme has been carefully designed to maintain valuable access routes as well as add a new connection with the proposed bridge.

Careful consideration has been taken with regards to materials, form and placement of various functions on the site to ensure this is a lively and active part of the Jericho community, centered around public life and communal activities.
